We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our streetwear products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

Please take a moment to review our returns policy for a hassle-free exchange experience. Exchange Only Window Customers have a generous 14 days from the date of receiving their order to initiate an exchange.

Eligible Items

Items must be in their original condition, including having original tags attached. Returned items should be unworn and unwashed.

Please note that underwear items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process Initiating an exchange is easy. Simply use your user dashboard to start the exchange process. No additional forms are required. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please feel free to contact our customer support team at [talk2me@upsycle.ai].

Exchange Shipping Upsycle covers the exchange shipping costs for your convenience.

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGE eligible items within the specified exchange window.

Please allow 5-15 business days for the exchange process to be completed.

We appreciate your patience during this time. Damaged or Defective Items In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please ensure to take photos before wearing the item and ensure that original tags remain attached.

International Exchanges For our international customers, exchange shipping fees will need to be covered by you.

During bank holidays, there may be a slight delay in our exchange processing. We appreciate your understanding during these times.
